New Work Machine

My current 15.6” HD LED screen with extended number keyboard Acer laptop is starting to show signs of claiming its much anticipated retirement after labouring for its unsympathetic master for more than 3 good years. Lately, it has been literally tortured day and night and rarely shut down accordingly. It was left hibernating or sleeping most of the time especially when I was running over task with tight deadlines. Overall, it has never brought me any major disputes except for throwing its occasional tantrum when it shuts off abruptly after getting too hot easily. Thus far, it has been sent to fan cleaning service for only once but probably requiring for its second after this as it had begun to show some similar tantrums again. Sometime in July 2013, the company distributed a new laptop to all its employees, which was just on the right time when I was in search of a new replacement.

This new one is slightly smaller screen with standard keyboard, running on the similar operating system (Windows 7) but better processor (i7). The first software apart from Microsoft Office to be installed will be undoubtedly Autodesk.  My job scope revolves around these two gems. My previous Autocadd software is now aging 3 years. This post is intended to serve as a self-motivation to give my blogging hobby a comeback :). I hope I can still jog my memory back when I come to blog about our pre-wedding and actual day wedding banquet, preparations, pre-wedding photography and whatnot. By the way, we have been happily married for 5 months and 5 days now. My last blog post was drafted about 4 months prior to our wedding! Where have all the time gone?
