Pretend Play: Pianist wannabe

Another backdated post. Abby loves the piano a lot. She has been requesting to go and ‘play’ the piano each time after Friday night’s or Sabbath service. Besides, when her aunt is on duty on Monday prayer night or choir practices, she would run towards and demanded to sit next to her ‘ta-choo’ (i.e tai-gu aka deh-deh’s elder sister). There was a phase where I have to bring her to sit at the gentlemen’s side, which was located further from the sight of the piano. That was how our Yamaha mini keyboard came about and she had a good time spent with deh-deh. Occasionally, she would just simply press on the demo mode and started twirling around with the music :)

This is her with ‘ta-choo’ and ‘too-too’ (i.e gu-gu aka deh-deh’s cousin sister) during the preparation for upcoming wedding march song. 

Pretend Play: Drummer wannabe

This is a backdated post. Missy is nicknamed as the 'drummer' in the family :P She likes going to MIL's wet kitchen and pick up whatever she sees to start drumming away with the carbonated drink cans and Ah Tai's milk ration tins. I love the way she punched her fist to air as if feeling very pleased before showing off her skills :P

Pretend Play: Buckle up, Barbie!

It was indeed a rare and worth noting scenario that Missy would touch a Barbie. Out of the blue, she decided to take Barbie ‘out’. But, before heading off, she placed Barbie on the car seat and attempted to buckle her up before carrying her out again and wave bub-bye followed by High-5. Just exactly how I did when I placed and carrying her out from the car seat :). As a side note, her long forgotten Bunny is now back in action. Bunny has been co-sleeping with her for a few nights now.
